Summary
Conduct risk is the threat of financial and/or reputational damage to an organization driven by the poor judgment of managers and/or employees. Conduct risk management has gained more attention in the corporate sector, and especially in financial service, after it was revealed that unethical behavior was a primary cause of the 2007 financial crisis. In this event, we will share and discuss current best practices on how to detect poor conduct, improve culture and judgement, and strengthen decision making to mitigate this risk.
