Summary
In continuation of our previous events, where we’ve tackled critical topics shaping the future of cybersecurity, the 5th National Cyber Security Event promises an in-depth exploration of Switzerland’s evolving role in today’s dynamic cyber landscape. Last year, we focused on AI’s dual role in cybersecurity—both as a tool for defense and a means to accelerate attacks. This year, our attention turns to Switzerland’s unique position and the emerging strategies needed to navigate global cyber challenges.
This year’s event will take a deep dive into our country’s position within the international cyber threat landscape, touching on everything from quantum computing’s potential impact on national security to Switzerland’s proactive measures, including the new Cybercommand and federal standards introduced this year to strengthen our defences.
We’ll also cover practical insights on cyber risk insurance, exploring options tailored to small banks and providing a Swiss-specific perspective on how businesses can stay protected.
And to wrap it up, we’ll spotlight Switzerland’s own technological innovations that are helping us respond to the evolving threat landscape and protect our critical interests.
