Summary

Cloud computing has already become pervasive in our daily lives and in business. Companies not yet engaged in cloud migration planning may find themselves “cloudified” by stealth, as more and more services are transitioned into cloud-backed or hybrid cloud solutions.

We will walk through major cloud computing models and risks associated with them and how the industry’s evolving offering aims at tackling those risks. Almost to a point of contradiction – while highlighting some of the biggest risks to your operations, at the same time, cloud offers some of the strongest and most prolific cases of secure, risk-averse digital presence.

This will be illustrated with a practical industry transformation journey towards the Cloud.
