Executive Risk & Compliance professional with more than 25 years experience in a multinational environment in the Financial Services industry across Business Risk, Operational Risk, Compliance and Audit functions. Stefan holds a masters degree in business administration and is a US Certified Public Accountant. He held leadership roles at KPMG, Clariden Bank, Clariden Leu and Credit Suisse AG prior to joining VP Bank (Schweiz) AG. He was the Global Head of Fraud at CS Group until the integration into UBS. - Olivier Maes, Executive Director, Forvis Mazars in Switzerland
Over 25 years of international experience in the financial industry. Currently an Executive Director at Forvis Mazars in Switzerland, Olivier has a proven track record in risk compliance and audit management. Previously, he held global leadership roles at UBS, ABN AMRO, where he honed his expertise in financial crime audit, legal compliance, and change management. His analytical skills and strategic vision have consistently driven success in dynamic environments, making him a distinguished leader in the industry for financial crime engagements. He holds regularly conferences on these topics and he regularly tasked by regulators to do investigative work. - Florent Mourier, Executive Director, Forvis Mazars in Switzerland
Over 20 years of international experience in risk mitigation and corporate compliance. Currently, he leads the Forensic Financial Advisory practice at Forvis Mazars in French-speaking Switzerland, focusing on governance and ethics compliance. Previously, he was Senior Manager at Arendt Regulatory & Consulting, developing a forensics team and leading investigations across Europe. As a former Senior Director at Kroll and a freelance consultant, Florent advised on AML-CTF, anti-bribery, and due diligence for top-tier clients. His leadership and expertise are pivotal in navigating complex regulatory environments. - Louis–David Magnien – Regional Managing Director and Head of EMEA at G3, specialist in strategic Intelligence, Cyber, Forensic & Investigations.
Experienced leader in strategic intelligence and risk consulting, previously at Kroll, co-Head EMEA, and Head of France and Switzerland. He specializes in business and commercial intelligence, compliance, fraud investigations, corporate governance. Before Kroll, he co-founded and led Silvaris Capital, a global long-short equity hedge fund. Louis-David started his career in investment banking in 1993, including 16 years at UBS and Credit Suisse, where he advised financial institutions on M&A and capital management. He holds a business and taxation degree from HEC Paris and a DESS in International Taxation from Université de Paris XI.
