Summary
Operational resilience is becoming a key priority for the board, top management and regulators in all sectors. During the last year we’ve seen a mixed picture: for some firms the BCM and crisis management programs responded well but in others cases firms experienced supply chain disruptions and cyber incidents. In addition, regulators have launched a number of regulatory initiatives and expect that the business services provided by firms and financial market infrastructures are operationally resilient and therefore support financial stability.
These enhanced expectations led to a number of changes and enhancements in the operational resilience and business continuity management frameworks. In this event we will share:
- Practical examples on how companies are addressing this topic including changes made to the operational resilience and business continuity management frameworks
- Trends and developments in the area of operational resilience including (upcoming) regulatory expectations
