- Dr. Dominik Franke, Chief Information & Technology Officer at APG|SGA
Dr. Dominik Franke has been a member of the APG|SGA Executive Board since September 1, 2023, with responsibility for the Information Technology division. From 2019 to 2023, he was responsible for the Digital Products & Services division of V-ZUG AG, and from 2015 to 2019, he held a number of positions at Tchibo (DE) and its subsidiaries and affiliates in Switzerland, including Head of IT. He previously worked as a management consultant at ComConsult Beratung und Planung GmbH (DE). He also sits on the Advisory Board of logistics consultant HDS International Group. He holds advanced degrees in IT (RWTH Aachen, DE, and the University of Limerick, IE) with majors in economics (2011) and psychology (2009). Among his extensive advanced studies are certifications in the fields of scaled agile frameworks (SAFe) (2022) and ITSM/ITIL (2014). - Sandro Wälchli, Chief Information Security Officer at Bank Avera
Sandro Wälchli is the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) at Bank Avera, operating within the Swiss financial sector.
He is actively involved in the Swiss Financial Sector Cyber Security Centre (FS-CSC), contributing as a member across multiple chapters, and also engages with the Association of Swiss Regional Banks.
With an academic background in Information Technology and Business Information Systems, Sandro began his career in IT engineering and architecture. Over time, he transitioned into leadership and security-focused roles, gaining international experience across several countries.
Beyond his core responsibilities in information and cyber security, Sandro is passionate about digital transformation and disruptive technologies, continuously exploring innovative solutions and helping to secure their adoption. - Ernesto Hartmann, Chief Cyber Defence Officer at InfoGuard
Ernesto Hartmann has been with InfoGuard AG, the leading Swiss cyber security specialist, since 2009. He is a member of the executive board and one of the co-owners. Ernesto Hartmann is the initiator of InfoGuard’s Cyber Defence Center and is responsible for building and developing the company’s cyber defence and cyber crime services. The new ISO 27001-certified Cyber Defence Center at InfoGuard is considered one of the largest and most modern cyber defence centers in Switzerland. Ernesto Hartmann is responsible for more than 90 specialists who work in the 550m² CDC and ensure the security of customers in Switzerland as well as in Germany and Austria 24/7. Before joining InfoGuard AG, he worked as a security specialist at UBS and has more than 25 years of experience in IT security.
