- Daniel Seiler, Head Platform Services, National Cyber Security Centre (NCSC)
Daniel Seiler heads the Platform Services team at Switzerland’s National Cyber Security Centre (NCSC), overseeing software that safeguards critical infrastructure – most notably the Cyber Security Hub (CSH) for real‑time threat intelligence, incident coordination and statutory reporting under the ISG. A technology‑savvy lawyer, he lectures on AI, data protection and cybersecurity at the University of St Gallen, ZHAW and Maastricht University. Earlier he built Switzerland’s cyber‑diplomacy capability at the Federal Department of Foreign Affairs and created and led KPMG’s LegalTech practice. In 2024 he received the Swiss CISO Award as “Future Leader”, recognizing his contribution to shaping a safer digital future. - Alexandra Arni, Executive Officer Swiss FS-CSC & Head ICT Swiss Bankers Association
Alexandra Arni is CEO of Swiss FS-CSC, an association that strengthens cyber resilience in the financial sector and promotes and coordinates cooperation between financial institutions and authorities on this issue. She is also Head of ICT at the Swiss Bankers Association (SBA). In this role, she is responsible for the strategic direction and further development of IT at the SBA, as well as the implementation of digital projects within the organisation. Alexandra Arni has been actively involved in the development and organisation of Swiss FS-CSC from the outset and thus plays a key role in preparing the Swiss and Liechtenstein financial centres for cyber risks through a close public-private partnership. At the SBA, she has played a key role in shaping the digitalisation of the Swiss banking landscape and is particularly active in promoting digital innovation and IT security. Her expertise makes her a prominent contact for cyber security issues in the financial sector at both national and international level.
