Summary
Cybersecurity and cyber resilience has become a key factor for the continuous value creation of companies, and thus a focus of regulators around the world. In Switzerland, the Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority FINMA has increased scrutiny on this topic over the last few years.
Swiss regulated entities need to answer to these expectations, but implementing measures comes with challenges, especially when aligning new requirements to existing frameworks or other regulation.
In this event you will learn
👉Why is Cyber Resilience of regulated Swiss entities vital in the eyes of FINMA?
👉What does FINMA expect of their regulated entities?
👉How do banks and insurance companies in Switzerland implement measures to comply with expectations?
