Summary
The regulatory landscape is shifting rapidly, with Too-Big-To-Fail (TBTF) reforms now taking center stage in Switzerland, going far beyond the LCR and NSFR liquidity metrics and impacting not just banks subject to the TBTF regime. The Swiss banking sector is facing new proposals and evolving expectations from the Federal Council Report on Banking Stability and potential lessons learned from recent crises.
At this event, we will dissect the current and upcoming critical regulatory changes and what they mean for Swiss banks in practice:
- Opportunities and threats: What’s on the horizon for corporate governance and liquidity management?
- Level-playing field: Are smaller institutions gaining a competitive edge, and how do Swiss banks compare internationally?
- Crisis readiness: How do banks need to prepare?
- Emerging risks: What specific challenges are posed by deposits, collateralization, and intraday liquidity requirements?
- Swiss public: Do regulations protect against future crisis situations?
Join industry experts as we unravel the future of banking stability and risk management.
