Speakers

  • Jane French, Chief Risk Officer a.i. at HSBC Swiss Private Bank
    Jane French has been with HSBC since 2021 and, since 2024, serves as Chief Risk and Compliance Officer, Global Banking & Markets. With over 20 years of experience, she has held senior roles across investment, corporate, commercial, and private banking in both global and emerging markets. Beyond her professional career, Jane is deeply engaged in charitable work. She is an ambassador for ACE-Africa, a trustee of Plan UK (where she also serves on the Audit and Finance Committee), a member of the New College Oxford Development Committee, and involved with Pilotlight, a UK charity that supports other non-profits through business mentoring and coaching.
  • Carine Casteu, Chief Risk Officer at JP Morgan Suisse SA
    Carine Casteu is the Chief Risk Officer at JP Morgan Suisse SA, a position she has held since 2025. Prior to this role, she spent 11 years at Piguet Galland, where she led the Compliance Department and, from 2016, served as Chief Risk Officer and member of the Executive Committee. Earlier in her career, she spent 12 years with the HSBC Group in Geneva, ultimately serving as Global Head of Business Risk, and began her professional journey at PwC in France. Carine Casteu holds a Master in Accounting & Finance from Université Paris Dauphine and has passed the Chartered Accountant Exam (DESCF). She also obtained a DAS in Resilience and Organizational Health from HEG in 2021.
  • Anne-Ly Zumbino, Chief Risk Officer at BIC-BRED (Suisse) SA
    Anne-Ly Zumbino has been with BIC-BRED (Suisse) SA since 2015, first to create the credit department and then to serve as Chief Risk Officer also in charge of Compliance topics since 2020. She began her career at BNP Paribas Paris in corporate banking before moving to Geneva, still in the credit field for around fifteen years in a row. She has been working in the commodities sector for over 20 years, mainly in the Commodity Trade Finance business. She is graduated from a Top business School in France and holds a Master’s degree from the University of Nancy in accounting and legal.
  • Georgiana Solanet, Chief Financial Officer at Crédit Agricole Next Bank (Suisse) SA
    Georgiana Solanet has been with Crédit Agricole Next Bank (Suisse) SA since 2019 and serves as Chief Financial Officer since 2020. She oversees capital and liquidity planning, ALM, risk management, and capital markets operations, including covered and green bonds. Georgiana has broad expertise in financial products, hedging strategies, and regulatory compliance. She began her career at BCGE and also worked at Lloyds TSB and Lombard Odier & Cie in financial risk management. She holds a PhD in Applied Mathematics (University Pierre et Marie Curie, Paris VI), a Master in Finance (University of Lausanne), and is a certified CFA and FRM.

  • Françoise Deshusses, Independent Advisor & Board Member
    Françoise Deshusses is an Independent Advisor and Board Member with extensive experience in risk, compensation, governance, and pension committees. She is CEO and founder of FDR Sàrl, a consultancy specializing in commodity risk, processes, and strategy. Françoise has a 25-year career in global commodity trading organizations, including leadership roles at Cargill, where she established departments and led large teams in risk management, compliance, and credit. She is recognized for her strategic thinking, collaborative problem-solving, and effective leadership.
