- Fabienne Zwingli, Head Risk Data & Analytics at Raiffeisen
Fabienne Zwingli has been Head of Risk Data & Analytics at Raiffeisen since 2014. She leads initiatives that strengthen the bank’s data-driven risk culture, integrating advanced analytics and data management practices in line with BCBS 239. With over 20 years of experience in the banking industry, she has held senior leadership roles in risk management after working internationally as a consultant. Her expertise spans Risk Control, Business Intelligence, and regulatory data frameworks, enhancing transparency and decision-making across the organization. Fabienne holds a degree from the University of St. Gallen, where she specialized in Finance, Accounting, and Controlling. She was recognized among the Top 100 Women in AI & Data in Switzerland (2025) for her leadership in advancing data-driven risk practices. - Dr. Rehana Harasgama, Partner at Kellerhals Carrard
Dr. Rehana Harasgama is a leading expert in data, technology and information law. She advises clients on the implementation of regulatory AI requirements as well as complex data protection and cybersecurity questions including the design of data and AI governance and compliance frameworks, major cross-border disclosures, privacy-by-design in emerging technologies and new business models. Recognised as a Legal 500 Rising Star / Leading Lawyer by Leaders League for data privacy (2023-2025), she combines legal precision with practical insight. She is co-founder of the Swiss Association for AI Law and serves on the advisory board of the Swiss IT Women Lawyers Association. During her Ph.D. at HSG, she was a visiting researcher at Harvard Law School’s Berkman Klein Center for Internet & Society. - Julia Schmidhuber, Data Science & AI Strategist at Swiss Re
Julia Schmidhuber is a Data Science and AI Strategist at Swiss Re, with four years of experience spanning reinsurance, consulting, and retail. In her current role, she drives the development of data-driven tools and generative AI solutions across key business areas, including risk management, claims, and underwriting. Before joining Swiss Re in 2023, she worked as a Data Science Consultant at Oliver Wyman. Julia specializes in bridging operational needs and technical design, aligning business goals with advanced data science and AI solutions. She holds an MSc in Data Science from Bocconi University and a BA in Business and Economics from the University of St. Gallen.

- Noemi Duroe, AI Risk Specialist at Zurich Insurance
Noemi Duroe is an AI Risk Specialist at Zurich Insurance, bringing six years of experience in developing and assessing AI models and systems in the financial industry. Her expertise spans data science, model risk, and AI governance, with a focus on ensuring robust and responsible AI practices. In her current role, Noemi collaborates across Business, IT, Legal, Compliance, and Risk teams to establish a comprehensive AI risk management framework and to drive its implementation. She holds the Financial Risk Manager (FRM) certification and earned her MSc in Computer Science from the University of Birmingham, where she first discovered her passion for AI through algorithmic investing.
