Where can I see my event registrations?

In your tickets cart you can easily see an overview of all future and past events you registered for.

How can I access my membership details?

To find out more about your membership, e.g. type of subscription, starting or ending date, please go to your account and login to see or update all account details.

How can I login or reset my password?

You can login here with your email address and your password. If you want to reset your password please click the link “Forgot password” at the end of the page. If you need to change your login email, please write to info@swiss-risk.org.

Which payment options can I use?

We are using a secure and encrypted payment gateway Stripe. You can pay with different credit cards, payment by invoice is not possible as it requires extensive administration and our aim is to keep admin costs and membership fees as low as possible.

How can I update my credit card details or renew my membership?

  1. First login with your email address and password – you can reset your password by pressing the “Forgot Password” button
  2. Then go to your subscriptions
  3. Click “Update” on the right next to your current subscription
  4. Enter your new credit card details and click “Submit”
  5. Done! We will send you an email before your membership expires and inform you how to renew or stop it.

Will my membership subscription be renewed automatically?

Yes, your subscription renews automatically after 365 days. This is mentioned in our Terms of Service that you agreed when signing up for SRA membership. We will send you an email 17 days before your membership expires with details and instructions how to stay a member or cancel your subscription.

How can I cancel my membership subscription?

You can cancel your membership subscription at any time and you will not be charged for the next year. Please update the information in your account by going to subscriptions and clicking “Cancel”.

Will I receive an annual invoice ?

We will send you an electronic receipt of your invoice (to the email address you chose when creating an account) with every payment. If you would like a certain billing address to appear on your invoice, please go to your account and change the information accordingly BEFORE a new invoice is sent. Please note, that once an invoice has been issued and charged by our payment system, we cannot change the invoice in retrospective.

How do I stop all infos from SRA completely?

Please stop the subscription in your account and unsubscribe from the newsletter. There is an “unsubscribe” link at the end of each newsletter.
