Jérôme Jean Haegeli is Group Chief Economist and Managing Director at Swiss Re
Jérôme is responsible for economic and insurance market research. He also steers the scenario analysis and group plan projections while leading efforts on contributing to a sound global financial market architecture and making the world more resilient. At the Institute of International Finance (IIF), he co-chairs the Council of Asset and Investment Management (CAIM) Working Group and is a member of the Principles Consultative Group, Market Monitoring and Sovereign Risk Committees. At the World Economic Forum, he is a member of the Global Future Council on Long-Term Investing, Infrastructure and Development and chairs the efforts on infrastructure debt financing at the European Financial Services Roundtable (EFR).
