Anna Schneebeli, Chief Model Risk Officer at UBS
Anna has been part of UBS Group since 2011, and has been based in Hongkong, Singapore and Zurich. Anna is a Managing Director and has held various senior leadership roles in the Model Risk Management and Control function at UBS, most recently as the Chief Model Risk Officer and global head of the function. Prior to joining UBS, Anna was a Senior Quantitative Analyst at DBS Bank in Singapore and a Credit Risk Modeller at Credit Suisse. Anna holds a Masters degree in mathematics from ETH Zürich and a PhD in mathematics from the University of Basel.

Anna de Veer, Chief Risk Officer and ExB member of LGT Bank Switzerland
Anna is a passionate and experienced risk and compliance manager with a proven track record of success in the financial industry. She has over 25 years of experience in various management roles, including compliance, operational risk, business risk management and audit. She is an expert in building and leading successful teams, establishing risk management frameworks, methodologies, and tools, and she has a deep understanding of the regulatory requirements. Anna is a highly motivated and results-oriented individual with a strong work ethic and a commitment to excellence. She is also a team player and a strong communicator.

Claudia Flury, Chief Risk Officer Zurich Switzerland and Independent Board Member
Claudia has been Chief Risk Officer of Zurich Switzerland since May 2020. Prior to this, she held various management positions at the Zurich Group, amongst others within Group Audit and as Head of Planning and Performance Management of Zurich Switzerland. She started her career with PwC in 2002 and worked as an auditor in Switzerland and London before joining the Zurich Group in 2012. Claudia Flury holds a Bachelor of Science in International Hospitality Management from the Swiss Hospitality Management School in Lausanne (EHL), is a certified public accountant and certified director for Board effectiveness In addition, Claudia is the Vice President of a Swiss regional bank and Chairperson of the Board of a regional non-profit organization.
