Summary
With model risk management being a highly technical discipline, organizational aspects are an often-overlooked determinant of the effectiveness of Model Risk Management and in particular Model Development teams. Complex organizational structures, and a growing focus on cost efficiency increasingly create challenges for these teams with the need of highly technical skilled people. In this event, we will discuss these challenges, and explore various solutions. As usual, we look forward to having an interactive dialog with a fruitful sharing of experiences and ideas.
Presenters
Oliver Kaufmann, Associate Partner, EY, will speak about future potential TOMs for model development teams.
Daniel Sigrist, Head Reporting and Projects, Raiffeisen Schweiz, will speak about organizational aspects of model risk management in the Raiffeisen setup.
Moderator will be announced soon.
